EE 563 Computer Performance Analysis I

1994-95 Catalog Data: 3 credits

Queuing models of computer systems; levels of abstraction; Little's law, performance bounds, and MVA and related techniques; separable and nonseparable queuing networks; multiprocessor models. Prerequisite: EE 463 or equivalent.

Note: In addition to the topics listed above, the course will also cover the design of experiments, analysis of measurements, and presentation of results.
